Topic: Transforming Healthcare with AI and Automation (AI与自动化重塑医疗体系)
This lecture will explore how artificial intelligence and automation have become the critical pathway to building a sustainable healthcare system. We will examine the four major challenges facing today's healthcare system—rising costs, access barriers, delivery friction and workforce burnout—and explain why traditional solutions (such as simply adding staff, reforming payment models, or pursuing digitalization alone) have proven insufficient. The presentation will discuss about the four key tailwinds driving change today: AI technological breakthroughs, data maturity, regulatory momentum, and evolving consumer expectations. We will demonstrate that only through deep integration of intelligent technology and data insights can we systematically address healthcare's persistent challenges and achieve a fundamental transformation from "reactive treatment" to "predictive, preventive, personalized, and participatory" healthcare services.
