Allison Gao, Senior Manager at Bain & Company’s Shanghai office, will share about life as a management consultant. Students can learn more about her role and responsibilities, professional development, and recruitment advice for management consulting.
Talk 3: Insights into the Wealth Management Industry and Service Expansion Model (对财富管理行业的洞见与服务展业模式)
Elaine Yin and Jade Cui, two executives of Noah Holdings, will provide insights into the wealth management industry and service expansion models from an international perspective, focusing on macro-market and industry conditions, as well as future industry development trends. The speakers will also share their past professional experiences in private wealth management and provide career development advice to elaborate key elements of career success.
The three guest lectures will be conducted in Chinese as a part of the guest lecture series arranged for the course: GCHN 283 “Reading and Viewing Modern China” offered in Spring 2024. Professor Zhihong Chen will host the event and moderate the discussion with Q&A sessions.
