Mr. John Qu is the Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company; a core leader of the Financial Institution Group practice in Greater China, and a leader of the Corporate Excellence Accelerator Program. John has more than 26 years of consulting and industry experience, leading and delivering projects on medium- to long-term strategic transformation planning, innovative growth strategies, and organizational transformation.
His presentation will focus on three main aspects. First, it aims to provide a holistic view of the significant value that AI has already created across various industries. Second, from an enterprise perspective, if a company truly wants to deploy AI at scale and enable it to play a meaningful role in business management—ultimately generating substantial impact on operations and performance—what the CEO needs to drive and champion. Third, he will present case studies from specific vertical industries and the insights they offer. Together, these three parts examine the value of AI from a leadership and executive perspective. The speaker will also share his advice on the skills and attributes students should develop if they are interested in pursuing a career in consulting.
Talk 2: AI Value Exploration and Realization (让 AI 做好人,用 AI 做好事)

Mr. JK Shen is the Co-founder and CEO of AI4GOOD, who believes that technology drives both known and unknown changes in industry and society. He focuses on innovatively discovering AI application scenarios and is dedicated to using AI for good. Before founding AI4GOOD, JK served as Managing Director at Accenture, leading a team of over 400 professionals in Mainland China. Before joining Accenture, he co-founded a company in 2007, which later became one of China’s most influential digital and social media companies. The company’s success led Publicis Groupe to initiate an acquisition in 2013. JK joined the group as Managing Director, leading several core brands and digital marketing teams under Publicis Groupe.
JK Shen will share his experience in exploring and realizing AI value for corporates and organizations, representing a new pivot that leverages both consulting and technology skills. He will also draw on his past professional experience to provide career development advice and elaborate on the key elements of career success.
Talk 3: AI Applications in Marketing AI (AI在营销科学的应用)

Mrs. Lingling Zhang is Associate Professor of Marketing, Associate Dean (MBA), Director of MBA Program at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
She will present recent AI applications in marketing and share learning experiences from the CEIBS MBA program. With the advancement of the digital economy, data has become central to marketing decision-making, and AI has fundamentally transformed marketing practices. Her talk will provide an overview of the latest AI-driven marketing applications and guide students in exploring the future of technology in the marketing field. The speaker will also introduce the MBA Programme offered at China Europe International Business School.
